How to get started:

1) Project review

A visit to our showroom exploring the many options available in style, color, texture, materials and function is a wonderful opportunity to see the most diversified kitchen offerings available in today’s market.  Reviewing the scope of the project, time frame and  initial budgets are discussed.  This initial review carries no charge and is a very important step where personalities are a significant part to the success of the project.

2) Conceptual Design & Budget

Upon acceptance of the review a design retainer of 10 percent of the projected budget is required.  At this stage an extensive profile of function and design is created in conjunction with the progress design drawings.  This process may take several meetings of refinement depending of the size and scope of work to be done.  At this stage we will fine tune the budget based on hard material choices and final samples specifically made for your project are processed.

3) Contract

Once the design and pricing is finalized a contract is prepared which requires the balance of 50 percent due.  Final CAD drawings are released, your project specific samples are approved and the order is reserved or submitted to production depending on phasing of the project.

4) Installation

Prior to arrival of cabinetry the balance fee of 95 percent of the contract is due with the final 5percent due upon completion of the project.
